Good customer service. Seller had a manufacturer that failed to ship an item direct, while the other order items did ship. After notice of non-delivery Seller made prompt contact, identified the failure and manufacturer shipped within a reasonable time thereafter.

I received my lights one week before estimated arrival time. I did not receive a warranty card for either light. I notified Autopartstoys immediately. Within half an hour, I received a response. The next morning I received a phone call from Autopartstoys. I did not answer. Autopartstoys left a detailed voice message and text me a link for the warranty form.

“I called this place on a Friday in need of a roof rack system for my LS430 for a last minute camping trip planned for the middle of the following week. I spoke to Steve in their customer service department.
I explained the situation and he went above and beyond in answering my questions, checking with the shipping department on my options, and then following up with me in 15 mins or less. Thanks to his help I have the racks today  and I'm about to install them on my car. My experience with this company was excellent. You can look up my other reviews, I am no bot and I don't know these people at all. I will do business with them again and I will suggest them to friend/family.

I had ordered two Baja Designs S2 LED lights, but when the package arrived only one was in the box. The next day I called autopartstoys customer service number, and on the third ring an actual human answered - which was crazy. He contacted Baja Designs for me, and five hours later they overnighted me my second light. Amazing customer service from these guys. Will order again from them. Jay B
